     Helen M. Fridenstine is the owner and principal broker of Dailey Realty, Inc. of Callao, Virginia.  With over 35 years' experience as a Virginia-licensed Realtor,  Mrs. Fridenstine  founded Dailey Realty in 1983 shortly following her move from the Washington, D.C. suburbs to Virginia's  Northern Neck .
 
     In addition to her responsibilities as an owner/broker, Mrs. Fridenstine is also president and CEO of the Dailey Real Estate School also located in Callao.  The school prepares students for the rigorous real estate examination required by the Commonwealth of Virginia preparatory to becoming a licensed real estate agent.

     Helen also teaches the required courses a real estate agent must take to sit for their Virginia Real Estate examination to become a  Virginia Licensed Real Estate Broker. Dailey Real Estate School also offers the required Continuing Education needed for all real estate agents and brokers.
    
     Helen Fridenstine is a past president of the Northern Neck Board of Realtors.
 
     Dailey Realty specializes in waterfront residences and land within the four counties that comprise the Northern Neck, an historic peninsula bounded by the Potomac River, the Rappahannock River and the Chespeake Bay.  There are over 1,500 miles of shoreline.  While the Neck is essentially a rural area highly desired by retirees, second home owners and sportsmen, it also is within proximity to Washington, D.C. and the Virginia cities of Richmond, Williamsburg and Norfolk.
